Rudy's stands behind everything we make and sell.  If your not satisfied with your Rudy's Seasonings purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase.  We process refunds and exchanges within two weeks of receiving a request.  Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by improper use or accidents.  

Rudy's is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
